Shipping

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Most orders ship between 2-10 business days. If your order is time-sensitive please contact me.

Please be sure to check all shipping information before check out. Be sure your address is filled out correctly. I do not give any refunds due to an item being sent to a wrong address that I was provided.

All orders are shipped and given postal tracking. If the tracking information shows it as marked delivered but it is not there… the shop is not responsible for stolen packages. Please contact your local post office.

International Shipping - I do offer international shipping! If you encounter a problem in the check out process please contact me.

refunds & Exchanges

I accept cancellations within 24 hours of order placement.

For an Order Cancellation, contact me within 24h of purchase. Once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled, we will have to wait until once the items arrives to you to start a refund and return process.

For Refunds, please contact me within 3 days after delivery. You will need to ship the item back to me within 7 business days to receive a refund. Your money will be refunded to you after the item is safely back in my hands.

For Returns, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Items damaged or flawed must be returned to me before a refund may be issued.

Wholesale

I do not currently offer wholesale options.

If you would like to discuss this, I am open to it. Want to bulk-buy for party favors? Class gifts? Let me know!

However, to purchase items at wholesale prices, you must buy wholesale amounts!
